Well folks, this is my first blog entry, so intimidating, it's like standing on top of a soapbox and giving a speech! OK not really that bad, but still.
This blog is intended to spread the bounties and knowledge of Mexican Food to all those who crave it, I will not promise the moon and the stars but shall merely let the postings do the talking.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I shall certainly enjoy writing it.
